NVM / Nevermind

Mission Statement

Clothing does not need to be overexplained, but every piece should have a point of view.

Professional Coffee Breakers

The best ideas rarely arrive on schedule.

NVM began in the coffee breaks of its two founders – somewhere between unfinished cups, full calendars and conversations that kept running longer than planned. What started as an exchange about clothes, identity and doing things differently gradually became a shared idea worth pursuing.

We call it professional coffee breaking. Not an excuse to do less, but a deliberate interruption of routine: space for creative, meaningful conversations, unexpected connections and ideas that need time before they make sense. Sometimes stepping away is the most productive move you can make.

The first NVM drop is that idea made physical. It materialises Leoni and Sascha’s original vision and the energy of those breaks: curious, independent and serious about creating something meaningful – without taking itself too seriously.

Never mind the uniform.

NVM makes clothes for changing plans, keeping options open and meaning it anyway. We focus on proportion, feeling and details that become more personal the more they are worn.

No grand theory. No dress code. No need to fit neatly into one category. Just pieces with character, designed to be worn your way.

Community

Wear it your way.

A piece of clothing only becomes interesting when it leaves our hands and becomes part of someone else’s life.

NVM is not about telling people what to wear or how to wear it. It is about creating a shared visual language for people who trust their instincts, change their minds and do not need permission to make something their own.

Every order becomes part of the NVM story. The people wearing NVM matter just as much as the pieces themselves.

Design and craftsmanship

Good proportions. Strong details. No unnecessary noise.

We believe that good clothing does not have to shout. It should feel right, fit naturally and remain interesting beyond a single season.

Every NVM piece begins with its shape, weight and purpose. We pay attention to cut, material, construction and the small details that make a product worth returning to.

Our objective is not to produce as much as possible. It is to create fewer, considered pieces that people genuinely want to wear.

Responsibility

Buy less. Wear it more.

There is no perfectly sustainable piece of clothing. Every product requires materials, energy, labour and transportation. We therefore prefer honest progress over exaggerated promises.

Our approach is to produce deliberately, avoid unnecessary quantities and create pieces that can be worn repeatedly and for a long time. Where possible, we aim to work with responsible materials, transparent partners and production methods that respect both people and resources.

Specific certifications, material origins and manufacturing information will be disclosed on the respective product page where they can be documented.

Packaging and shipping

Packaging should protect the product without becoming wasteful theatre. We aim to keep NVM packaging simple, functional and predominantly recyclable. Unnecessary plastic, oversized boxes and decorative elements without a purpose should be avoided wherever possible.

Specific information about packaging materials and shipping emissions will only be communicated once it has been verified.

Fabrics

The material has to make sense.

Material selection begins with how a piece should feel, move, age and be worn. Depending on the product, NVM may work with cotton and other natural, recycled or technically developed fibres.

The exact composition, origin and care instructions will be stated transparently on each product page. If a material is described as organic, recycled or certified, the statement should be supported by reliable documentation.

Pieces with character, made for people who decide for themselves. Not because they have to. Because they want to.
