Shipping Policy

1. Processing time

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within two to six business days after payment has been received.

Processing may take longer during launches, holidays or periods of unusually high demand.

2. Shipping fees

Applicable shipping fees are displayed during checkout before the order is completed. Express delivery may be available upon request; please contact us before ordering.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method. Any delivery period communicated by NVM is an estimate and not a guaranteed deadline.

Weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions and other events outside our control may cause delays.

4. Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer receives a shipping confirmation. A tracking number will be provided where the selected carrier and shipping method support tracking.

5. Shipping partners

NVM selects an appropriate postal or courier service for each destination. The available carrier and shipping method are shown during checkout or in the shipping confirmation.

6. Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees. Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. NVM is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

7. Shipping destinations

Available destinations are displayed during checkout. If your destination is unavailable, contact us before placing an order.

8. Delivery problems

If an order does not arrive, arrives damaged or appears to have been lost, contact info@nevermind-clothing.ch and include your order number.
