Terms of Service / AGB

1. Scope and operator

These Terms apply to the use of the NVM website and all purchases made through the NVM online shop. The shop is operated by NVM in Switzerland.

2. Use of the website

The website may only be used for lawful purposes. Users may not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, circumvent security measures or misuse its content.

3. Product information

NVM endeavours to present products, colours, materials, measurements and availability as accurately as possible. The appearance of colours may vary depending on the screen used. Minor deviations that do not materially affect the product are possible.

4. Orders and conclusion of contract

Products displayed in the online shop constitute an invitation to place an order. By completing checkout, the customer submits a binding order. The contract is concluded when NVM expressly accepts the order or dispatches the product.

NVM may reject or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorised
• Information supplied is incorrect
• There is a suspected error, fraud or misuse
• Delivery to the selected destination is unavailable

Payments already received for cancelled orders will be refunded.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Swiss francs unless otherwise indicated. The checkout shows whether applicable taxes, shipping costs or other charges are included. Payment is processed using the payment methods offered during checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless NVM expressly confirms a binding deadline. Risk passes in accordance with applicable law and the selected delivery method.

7. Returns and defects

Returns, exchanges, refunds and complaints are governed by the Refund Policy. Customers must inspect delivered products within a reasonable period and report visible defects or incorrect deliveries promptly.

8. Product availability

Products may be released in limited quantities. Placing a product in the shopping cart does not reserve it. NVM may limit quantities per person, household, address or order where reasonably necessary to ensure fair availability or prevent resale.

9. Intellectual property

All website content–including the NVM name, logos, designs, photographs, graphics, text and product designs–is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Content may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

10. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to services provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. NVM is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside its reasonable control.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.

12. Availability and changes

NVM does not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or errors. Products, prices, website functions and content may be modified or discontinued where reasonably necessary.

13. Liability

NVM is liable in accordance with mandatory law. To the extent legally permitted, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, particularly in cases of intent or gross negligence.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its intended purpose.

15. Changes to these Terms

NVM may update these Terms where reasonably necessary. The version applicable to an order is generally the version in force when the order was placed.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the operating company, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions governing jurisdiction.
